At twelve o'clock PM, equities are pressing higher with the S&P five hundred now up forty one points trading at seven thousand five hundred sixty point seven four. That's a solid zero point five five percent gain as investors continue to digest the latest economic readings and corporate earnings. Oil is holding steady near eighty nine dollars and fifteen cents a barrel while gold continues its remarkable run, currently quoted at four thousand five hundred thirty two dollars and fifty cents. Bitcoin remains active above seventy three thousand, sitting at seventy three thousand one hundred forty five dollars and fifty six cents. With the VIX reading unavailable at the moment, traders are watching the overall tone of the tape which remains cautiously optimistic heading into the afternoon session.
