1. Eligibility
The referral program is available to active Pro ($97/mo) and Premium ($197/mo) subscribers only. Basic plan subscribers are not eligible.
2. Commission Structure
Pro members: 20% recurring commission on Level-1 referred subscriptions.
Premium/Platinum members: 30% recurring on Level-1 + 10% recurring on Level-2 referrals (referrals of your referrals). Maximum depth is 2 levels.
3. Payment
Commissions are calculated monthly based on active referred subscriptions. Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month via Stripe. Minimum payout threshold is $20.
4. Reversals & Adjustments
Refunds to referred subscribers reverse the associated commission. Churned (canceled) referrals stop generating commissions immediately. Plan downgrades adjust the commission base proportionally.
5. Anti-Fraud
Self-referrals are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to generate referrals is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all commissions. Suspicious patterns will be investigated.
6. Compliance
Referral rewards are not trading profits and do not guarantee income. You must disclose your referral relationship when promoting VIXShield. All promotions must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You may not make false or misleading claims about VIXShield or its performance.
7. Disclaimers
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. VIXShield provides signals for educational purposes only, not financial advice. Referral commissions are separate from and unrelated to trading performance.
8. Program Changes
VIXShield reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with 30 days notice. Earned commissions will be honored upon termination.
